Really nice staff, amazing food quality, was made fresh but also a short wait. Food is amazing and good price !! :)

Went in this morning for a bite to eat and WOW! The food is hot, fresh and very tasty. Workers were constantly cooking and refreshing the food in the bain Marie. Coffee was absolutely amazing, service was fantastic, everyone was so polite and made you feel welcome and valued as a customer. I noticed at 9am there was constantly people walking in ordering food, they had regular customers as well, lovely to see as it shows they are a highly valued business. So impressed with this little gem of a place :)

Really good lunch bar, just stop in randomly, lovely friendly service by the male owner every time, the food is always good, tasty with generous serves, coffee is great and always hot, my go to lunch bar if I need a well priced yummy brekkie or lunch.

So good the best spot to grab a affordable feed. Food is great

Amazing owners and friendly service. I’ve been looking for a good bunny each time I travel to Perth and I have no found DA HOTSPOT. The bunny chow was absolutely amazing and the owners are so chilled and genuine people to have a great conversation with.
